The newest edition to up-and-coming Washington Avenue, Copia Urban Winery exhibits high ceilings, warm hues and exposed brick walls. The open display kitchen equipped with a brick oven is situated at the back of the restaurant, while a glass-enclosed wine cellar, reaching from floor to ceiling, separates the main dining room from the bar.
